Infrared Asphalt Heaters
Our Infrared heaters can be used for almost all asphalt surface and pothole repairs, providing a swift, efficient and long-lasting repair.
Technical Concept
The heater panel applies infra-red energy to the surface which will quickly reheat the material to working temperature without burning or oxidising the binders. Old material can easily be removed, cracks can be repaired, new material can be added and heated. The whole repair is then compacted.

Mira-1 Infrared Heater
MIRA-1 Infrared Asphalt Heater is a powerful, easy-to-use robust unit. Designed around the need for patch or trench repairs the unit folds and each panel can be individually controlled. Heat resistant caster wheels make for one-man operation.

Mira-1 Infrared Heater
Mira-4 uses the same powerful design as Mira-1 but on a larger scale. This unit can be used for large scale repairs but with four individually controlled panels is still flexible and able to cope with smaller pothole repair.

Bitumen Emulsion Sprayers
BS200 Bitumen emulsion heated barrel sprayer.
Designed to spray K140, K160 and K170 hot with full circulation of emulsion to aid mixing and heating. Robust steel gear pump that can be directly heated. Honda engine on rubber mounts. Draw off tap for spot repairs. Hand operated spray lance. Propane barrel heater. Self cleaning with onboard self contained tank. Solid construction and fully powder coated with folding ramp to aid loading of barrel. Solid wheels with integrated brake to towing arm.
BS500 and BS1000
BS500 and BS1000 are heated tank bitumen emulsion sprayers with spraybars. Mounted on a frame for simple mounting to any suitable vehicle or trailer. Designed to spray K140, K160 and K170 hot with full circulation of emulsion to aid mixing and heating. Robust steel gear pump that can be directly heated. Honda engine on rubber mounts. Draw off tap for spot repairs. Full width 7 jet spraybar and hand operated spray lance. Propane heated baffled tank. Self cleaning with onboard self contained tank.
Pothole Repair Equipment
Mira-3
Mira-3 combines the RA500 hotbox/recycler, a static BS100 sprayer and a three panel Mira infrared heater into a specialist, self-contained, pothole repairer. Frame mounted to easily attach to any suitable trailer. The RA500 will recycle old material or keep new material at working temperature while the Mira infrared heater heats and softens the damaged area. Material can be removed and replenished with new or recycled and sprayed up with the BS100 sprayer. Repairs can then be compacted in the normal way. The process leaves a joint free repair.
Hot Boxes
HB-1 Hotbox/Recycler
HB-1 hotbox/recycler has an approximate capacity of 1 tonne. It is fully insulated and designed to keep material at working temperature for extended periods of time. The infrared burner is situated at the top over a grate, enabling recycling of asphalt slabs.
HB-2 Hotbox/Recycler
HB-2 hotbox has a capacity of 2 tonnes. It is fully insulated and designed to keep material at working temperature for extended periods of time. Frame mounted for easy attachment to any vehicle or trailer, with a built-in hydraulic tilt mechanism. There is no need for propane tanks with the Beckett diesel thermostatic control system.
Asphalt Recyclers
RA-800
The RA-800 asphalt recycler is a self-contained unit with its own engine and hydraulic drive. Mounted to a trailer or vehicle it is a mobile machine for asphalt recycling/production. This equipment can produce 800 kg of high-quality asphalt mixture per every 15-20 minutes from asphalt scrap, millings, bitumen, crushed stone and sand. Also allowing you to keep material at working temperature. The thermostatically controlled diesel burner removes the transportation of large propane tanks.
Crack Sealing Equipment
BPM-500
The BPM-500 crack sealing machine is used to heat and deliver hot bituminous sealants to seal cracks and defects. With a thermostatically controlled diesel oil jacketed 500 litre capacity and electrically heated delivery hose and lance. Hydraulically powered agitators and bitumen pump. Mounted on a frame makes easy installation on any suitable truck or trailer.
BPM-100
BPM-100 is a mini, portable crack sealing machine, with a 70-litre tank capacity. Propane burner and pre-heater with material temperature gauge. Manual handle for mixing and remote lever to control the flow. A safe way to manually paint up a longitudinal joint.
HL-1
HL-1 is a very portable, Honda powered gas heater and compressor. Designed to make removing moisture, debris, grass and dirt from cracks and defects effortless.
